People v. S. B., Kings County: October 29, 2009 Client was accused of Driving While Under the Influence of
Alcohol (DWI). Prosecutor claimed that client had a motor vehicle accident
while his blood alcohol level was 0.22 (more than twice the legal limit).

loaded handgun). Prosecutor claimed that the client was found inside an
apartment with drugs and a gun when the police executed a search warrant.

Substance (Narcotics). Prosecutor claimed that the client was involved in a
